Health information is the most personal data there is. This page explains, in plain language, what the EHR Pakistan platform (MyPatient) collects and how it is handled.

What we collect

Clinics using MyPatient store their patients' demographic and clinical records: registrations, visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results, and billing. Each clinic controls its own records.

How it is used

What we never do

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere), stored in access-controlled databases, and clinic staff only see records for patients registered at their own facility.

Your rights

You may ask us to show or delete the data we hold about you. Contact privacy@mypatient.com.pk.

Emergencies

MyPatient is not for emergencies. If someone is seriously unwell, go to the nearest hospital or call 1122.
